Our Buying Process

Payment
We only accept payment by wire transfer. If you need additional time for payment, a non-refundable deposit of $250 can be made via Paypal to place the watch on hold (across all platforms) for 7 days.

Shipping
We ship our watches using FedEx Overnight Shipping within the US. If you are an international buyer, please contact us for international shipping details, customs, duties, and potential restrictions.
All watches are fully insured via third party insurance. If a package is lost, a full refund will be issued once insurance claim is approved and paid.

Returns
We sell pre-owned watches, and they are sold as is. All watches are sold without mechanical guarantees or warranty unless stated otherwise.
We allow for a 48 hour inspection period that starts upon receipt of the watch. If you decide that you want to return the watch, you must contact us via email prior to shipping it back.
We will send you a shipping label to facilitate the return. The watch must be received in the same condition that it was when we shipped it to you. You will then receive a refund less the cost of shipping, insurance, and other fees associated with the sale and return of the watch after inspection.
